"Dealt with Andy the store manager and he was the absolute worst! I don't know how he can even keep his job. Left a message for the district manager Billy and he never called me back. So much for the Norwich Integrity!"

"Horrible management!!! I am moving and flying to my new destination and bought rubber travel bin that is 100% made from Bauer it’s a tool box heavy duty. I bought this item a week and a half ago and it is too big. I am leaving in 2 days so I wanted to return it. Long story short this is the honest truth. It had a little water on it from the morning due and ADAM the manager said I could not return it. This item was an outside item that was waterproof. I wipe the water off he said that I could not return it still. I honestly don’t leave reviews like this, but he was so rude and it’s brand new still . I also had a receipt. Everything was in perfect condition."

"Over this past weekend, I drove over an hour to this Danvers location to purchase a predator 9500 generator. When I walked in, they had that exact generator that had been returned and were selling it as is. Chris, an employee told me that the generator had been checked out and had zero issues. They sold it to me with a five day warranty. That specific generator was on sale or brand new, but I opted for this returned generator because I was told that it had no issues. I brought the generator home and filled it with gas and immediately started pouring out of the carburetor and it would not start. Furthermore, I did a compression test on it and it has zero compression. So I assume it has a bent valve from the previous owner, trying to start it with the cylinder full of fuel. I called to return this generator and see if they would honor the same brand new generator that was on sale over the weekend and they told me there’s nothing they can do. I feel like I was misled, although not intentionally. If I knew this used generator had these major issues I would’ve just bought the brand new one that was on sale, but now I’ve missed out. I won’t be returning to this location in the future."

"I would have given 4/5 stars, because they have it all and more. However. I cannot stand by a store that sells items at a certain price, fair or not, and then discounts it over 50% at a later date and won’t reimburse the difference. I bought a box of gloves for 16.99. A week and a half later they are on sale for 7.99 They basically said “too bad” Most stores give a credit back in good faith. I will now never shop here again. Their loss. Not mine; because now it just means I will be buying items elsewhere of better quality that aren’t knockoff garbage with rubbish warranties and restocking fees. Manager is a super grump too. ✌️"

"I went into the Danvers store today to return an aluminum rack system I had bought for my Toyota Tundra on 7/10/2025 The rack had been used once to bring Canoes on a camping trip, 2 canoes weigh no where near the 800lb max but, I noticed the other day that the bottom of the left rear stanchion was cracked almost all the way from left to right The man at the register was very nice & helpful but he had to call the manager to complete the return. She was not helpful at all, and seemed confused about what she was supposed to do.I told her I wanted a refund or a replacement. She said in order to do that I needed to remove the installed Rack from my truck, I said fine, no problem the truck is in the parking lot A few minutes later while removing the rack from my truck I realized I did not have a socket & ratchet to make removing the rack much easier and was using a pair of pliers. I went in and approached the manager and very nicely asked if the store might have a socket & drive I could borrow ? She said "we dont lend tools" I can buy some if I want to. I removed the rack with my pliers and brought it into the store, left it on the ground inside the store and rolled the new one out to my truck. I have been in the service business my entire life, I'm 61, and this woman was the worst person to be dealing with the public I have ever experienced. Sorry, but if she had been helpful, I would have really enjoyed writing a positive review and have had positive experiences with your stores in the past. This woman has a bad attitude and was not at all concerned with customer retention, she was rude and I hope she can do better in the future."
